Lamb, whole and hanging
Jako Farm raises hair sheep, which produce a much milder-flavored meat than wool sheep. Our lamb has a lovely smooth flavor that we know you’ll love! Our sheep are raised on pasture and eat an only-grass diet. Buying whole lamb allows you to customize cut instructions directly with the butcher, guaranteeing the cuts that you love at a wholesale price. Whole lamb average 50-75lbs hanging and cut out at about 70% take-home meat. Yoder Meats charges approximately $90 for processing.
