Our 100% grassfed beef are born and raised on pasture. They lead a happy and stress-free life, grazing from a salad-bar blend of pasture legumes and soaking up the warm sunshine. Every day they are moved to new pasture. They are butchered in summer when pasture grasses are the most lush, ensuring flavorful, tender meat.
