Butter oil

Butter oil (also called ghee) is made by heating our all-grass butter ever-so-slightly to separate the oil from the milk solids. Butter oil is still raw and easily digestible by people with dairy intolerance (because the dairy solids are removed). It has a higher smoke point than butter, making it ideal to cook with. Available in 4- and 8-oz glass jars.
